What can I say? I have been to the Hauza Beach 2 times now and I am all thinking about booking for another holiday later in the year?
The staff are all friendly and try to help with whatever it is you need.
Food is ok there is always something to eat and again if you see the chef they will try and cook you something you like. (Me I asked for rice pudding)
The room was clean the bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning worked great.
The beach is nice and clean and all the guys working there keep very busy.
Fantastic place to snorkel and there are some wonderful things you can see.
The jetty is a little hard to use when you get out the water. I think they need to be less slippy and maybe the steps could be more at an angle rather than straight up.
All in all another great holiday at the Hauza Beach and will be going back as soon as possible.

This was my second stay at the Hauza and all in all had a great time, as a person who has travelled it would be easy for me to compare it to other hotels in and around Europe, yet that would be unfair.
There is a lot that could be done to improve the Hauza but I do think it all comes down to cost and also what you think should be done.
I think the food could do with a review although there is something for everyone to eat; the breakfast egg bar is excellent if you like eggs, you can have fried and omelettes too there are also hard boiled eggs available. The rest of the breakfast is varied catering for Europe and tastes as well as cereals available which are limited to corn flakes and some choco cereal for children. There is a varied supply of different breads and croissants. The restaurant needs a new toaster but I believe this is been sorted as I type.
There is also, clear honey, dark honey, strawberry jam and apricot jam available. There is also crepes and chocolate sauce too.
You can have beef sausage and a form of hash brown which different to what you would expect. There is White beans in a bean sauce similar in taste to English bean sauce yet the beans are haricot beans which are the same as baked beans yet they seem to be much larger and harder which makes me believe they are made fresh. There is also a selection of cakes, cheese and ham and other various foods which those with a western diet will not go for, I must say I craved for a bacon sandwich lol.
Lunch is varied throughout the stay as you can go to the main restaurant for a more variety including fish, burgers with chips of course and other food and cakes again for dessert and fruit. The pool bar does toasted sandwiches/cobs with the choice of ham and cheese plus sauces. The beach bar has pizza freshly made not big mind but you can always have another one if you're expecting a pizza hut then you will be disappointed yet I enjoyed them.
Evening meals are a varied selection of different foods from soup, roast beef, duck, chicken, fish and a pasta bar which is excellent there are foods prepared outside on the bbq too so all in all there is something to eat for everyone salad too if you are a picky eater there is rice and grilled vegetables and lots of cakes. Fruit is served in the restaurant although I would like to see more variety but I understand due to the heat some things are impossible to keep fresh and I think the chefs are limited to seasonal produce which is understandable.
The beach is kept clean and the beach staff cannot do more for you if they tried, every one of the staff all have smiles and are helpful, my advice to you if swimming in the sea is to wear sea shoes as there are some large sea urchins in there and do some snorkelling as the underwater wildlife is fantastic
The coral reef is beautiful and seems to be coming back to health with new growth so please observe the request as not to walk on the coral as it is very delicate.
If I was to give a negative input it would be the beach by the health club could be tidied up a little more and the whole beach could be topped up with sand although the Hauza does own one of the best beaches in Sharm and a great area to swim.
The jungle pool is an excellent area although it does need a little work e.g. the pools repainted and the sun deck repaired in places besides that the whole area is great with 2 water slides and have spent many a day there and a stone throw from the beach and bar.
The main pool and pool area is very clean and has a Childs pool for the little people, the entertainment staff are always around with their big smiles and energetic personalities.
there are hammocks for you to relax in and the pool recreation hut where you get your towels or sporting equipment , this is manned by the beach boys or the recreation manager Raibi who is such a lovely man I'm sure you will happy you have met him.
If you have any problem whilst staying at the Hauza either with the rooms ect report the problem to reception or customer relations and they will do everything they can to help you as mido says if we don't know we can't help you .
My overall impression of the Hauza is very good and a great family atmosphere with the staff from the gardeners to the management and beyond.
If you are going to Egypt no matter where you stop always have some bug repellent and bite/sting cream. A selection of rehydration salts and something to stop the trots and something for stomach cramps too although you can get this from the pharmacy there. Make sure you keep rehydrated and plenty of water. If you use hand gel sanitizer keep using it as there is nothing wrong in avoidance.
Use a good sun cream factor even sun block as when the wind blows you will not feel the burn till later.
One last thing take a plastic cup or bottle as the drinks are served in small plastic cups and you will need at least 4 of these for a thirst quenching drink , so take your own best with a lid to keep bugs out..... Unless the bar starts providing bigger tougher cups....
See you next year. same room please Mido.
